HSA’s signature live event is a biannual educational conference that attracts attendees from all over the country. During the three-day conference members socialize, exchange ideas, learn about new and different herbs from known experts and connect with retailers.
The Conference will feature three full days of herbal activity, shopping, dining, presentations and demonstrations. What is in store?
- More than 20 experts will hold lectures, demonstrations, and workshops.
- A Marketplace with local and national vendors and a raffle benefiting our education programs.
- Welcome Reception and HSA Awards dinner and several meals included in registration.
- Souvenir "swag" bag and program booklet.
- Book signing table with multiple authors.
While not all members can attend a live event, HSA extends the experience to the entire membership through special offers from vendors and sponsors, social media postings and the sharing of educational materials produced by presenters. The event will touch a projected 250 in-person attendees, as well as HSA's online following.

Educational Conference Program Booklet Advertising
Sponsorship packages include program booklet ads that vary according to the level of support. Additionally, businesses, units and individuals may purchase ads in the souvenir program booklet. The booklet will be 81/2"x11" with herbal and presenter information and space for note taking. Ads will be printed in full color.
A digital program will appear on the HSA website with links embedded in each ad. Advertisements will also appear on projections between presentations, multiplying your advertising dollars.
