Thomas Jefferson grew this herb at his home in Monticello in 1796; we'll explore this attractive and editable plant then and now. If you live near Denver, please stop by the Denver Botanic Gardens and you'll see it in bloom with its tall bushy red tassels throughout much of their gardens.
