This virtual Gathering is open to all HSA members. There will be a business meeting then the second half of this meeting is a presentation on Backyard Foraging with Ellen Zachos. Ellen is a Harvard graduate and the author of seven books including Backyard Foraging: 65 Familiar Plants You Didn’t Know You Could Eat, and The Wildcrafted Cocktail. She writes a regular foraging column for Edible New Mexico magazine and shares recipes and foraging tips on her website, backyardforager.com.
