Preserving Workshop with the Baton Rouge Unit
Participants will learn how to make lemon curd, mango chutney, and one other chutney, the whole process from beginning to end, and will take home a jar of each of the products we make that morning. You will also receive a copy of the wonderful Well Preserved book full of great recipes.
Cost is $45 for HSA members and $55 for non-members. Space is limited and registrations must be made early.
