2026 Southeast District Gathering Form

The cost for registration is $160 HSA members and $175 for Non-members. 

Please enter the dollar amount in the field to register. If you are registering for more than one person, please enter the total cost of registration. 

From the menu, "My Donation is for," choose Restricted Gift. Then type Southeast District Gathering in the comments box.
