 sunlight\, soil\, fertilizer\, and water) to harvesting techniques and pre
 serving your herbal bounty (vinegars\, oils\, honeys\, and cleaning produc
 ts) and so much more.\n\nAdmission is $7.00 ($5.00 for Strawbery Banke Mus
 eum members and Herb Society members not affiliated with the NorthEast Sea

 low to reserve your space.\n\nAbout Rita: Rita Wollmering is the founder\,
  manager and grower of The HERB FARMacy. She grew up on her family’s 500 a
 cre dairy farm in Minnesota. Like some farm kids\, she wanted to experienc
 e the wide world\, so she joined the Peace Corps and worked on agricultura
 l projects in the Philippines. After her graduate studies\, Rita continued
  her international work with USDA and USAID in Washington\, DC until her u
 rge to get “back to the farm” led her to pursue her herb farming ambitions
 . While working year round on the farm and greenhouses\, she takes her “br
 eak” doing international volunteer work on the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer Prog
 ram\, most recently working with medicinal herb production in Nepal and Sr
 i Lanka.
