 day\, September 28th from 11am to 2pm at the John Jay Homestead State Hist
 oric Site in Katonah New York. Our Fair is held to benefit educational pro
 jects. We have fresh herbs for sale\, herbal demonstrations\, gourmet food
 s\, plants\, gardening books\, herbal advice\, potpourri\, local honey\, b
 aked goods\, gardening aids and herbal gifts. In addition\, our Pantry tab
 le offers vinegars\, herbal jams\, jellies\, teas and a very special tarra
 gon mustard that every year brings visitors back for more. Admission is fr
 ee and lunch\, featuring our signature Lovage Soup\, is available to purch
 ase. Herb Society members will be available to advise on herb use and cult
 ivation.
