 tanic garden\, Garden in the Woods\, and its native plant nursery operatio
 n\, Nasami Farm. He studied ornamental horticulture at the University of R
 hode Island while helping to run a mid-sized ornamental plant nursery befo
 re finding his true passion in public horticulture. He led undergraduate p
 rograms at Longwood Gardens\, where he overhauled the curriculum of the Pr
 ofessional Gardener Program\, and oversaw adult education at Brookside Gar
 dens. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Delaware’s Longwoo
