The Connecticut Unit is holding their Symposium on Lemon-Scented Herbs and Lemons to be held at Pond House at Elizabeth Park in Hartford, CT. The program will feature a demonstration of preserved lemons by Chef Louis Lista of the Pond House, plus programs on lemon herbs, flower arrangements and recipes by Connecticut Unit members.
